How quickly time flies! It seems like only yesterday we were standing on a balcony of the Palomar Chicago, welcoming Kimpton’s latest addition to the city with open arms. Now the hotel’s turning 1, and you’re invited to join in on the celebration! A $10 donation to help the Chicago Arts Partnership in Education (CAPE) is all you’ll need to gain access to the party, where complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres (courtesy of Sable Kitchen & Bar) will be served as you peruse Sleeping With the Artist, a special art installation featuring the works of local painters Justus Roe and Darrell Roberts. Buy a piece from the exhibit, take a guided tour of two of the hotel’s gallery floors or simply admire the Palomar, a work of art in and of itself. With raffle prizes for stays at the hotel or dining at Sable, this is one fête you won’t want to miss!
