‘Tis the season for al fresco dining, and patios all over the city are opening up, allowing diners to bask in the long-awaited glorious rays of sunshine while they savor their fare. While there’ll be plenty of places to check out this season, we’re more than a little curious about the new lemon and cucumber elixirs at one sixtyblue. These in-house, fruit and vegetable concoctions are left to mix with pure sugar and grain alcohol for weeks before they’re brought to your table as the base for both The Dirty Pickle Martini and The Little Tune cocktails. Not a big drinker? The restaurant also serves its own inventively flavored Chef’s Fountain Sodas, made from local seasonal ingredients and in-house filtered soda water. With bubbly, delectable delights such as Strawberry-Rhubarb-Mint and Chocolate-Banana-Egg-Cream on the menu, you won’t need any libations to catch a happy buzz!
